The return of Little People Big World promises a lot of drama ahead for Season 25. Amy Roloff and Matt Roloff have both moved on with their lives (and with other people). Whenever the pair have to work together, they still lock horns the same way they did when they were a couple.

Zach Roloff Rushed To The Hospital In Upcoming TLC Scenes
Things take a scary turn when Zach Roloff is unexpectedly rushed to the hospital. Early in 2023, Zach was rushed to the hospital for shunt revision surgery. This included doctors draining fluid from his brain. Viewers who follow Tori Roloff’s social media updates are familiar with this. However, watchers will get to see more of what went down with this situation when the new season airs.
Tori Roloff says in spoilers that she has never seen her husband in this much pain. Amy Roloff adds: “Any time a surgeon needs to cut you open, I never consider that minor.”
Zach Roloff eventually pulls through and recovers. However, even he admits that there was a point where he wasn’t sure that he was going to make it home.
Little People Big World Dad And Husband Feared For His Life
Zach Roloff was the one who had to go through all the pain and surgery, so it’s understandable that he was scared of what would come of the situation. It’s common for little people to have to go under the knife regularly for various surgeries. Like his dad, Zach’s son, Jackson, has already had to have surgery. Matt Roloff had numerous medical procedures done throughout his life as well, and he is in his 60s.
The pain level is bad enough in Little People Big World scenes that Zach breaks down in tears and tells his wife Tori that he is “dying.”
