The season 3 finale of Paramount Network’s hit series Yellowstone drew 7.6 million total viewers in Live+3, marking a significant increase from its Live+same day numbers.
This makes it the most-watched cable telecast of the year. The show’s success was attributed to a cross-promotional effort across the Entertainment & Youth Group brands and a simulcast on multiple networks. Season 3 saw a 19% increase in viewership among P25-54 and an 18% increase among P18-49 compared to the previous season.
The finale also achieved series highs in key demographics. Co-created by Taylor Sheridan and John Linson, Yellowstone follows the Dutton family’s struggles to maintain their ranch. The series has been renewed for a fourth season, and co-produced by 101 Studios, with a team of notable executive producers.
