‘LPBW’ Matt Roloff Selling ‘Big House’ To Private Buyer?

Matt Roloff- TLC

TLC star Matt Roloff delisted his big home and he reportedly negotiates with a friend to sell it privately. The Little People, Big World patriarch put it up for sale, took it down several times, and the price dropped to $ 3.4 million. Possibly his current negotiations involve a further price drop, but that’s unclear.

LPBW Matt Roloff De-Lists His Big Home – Sells To A Friend?

The piece of land that Little People, Big World fans saw him purchase from his former wife, Amy Roloff sits on 16 acres and viewers are familiar with the big red barn from the TLC show. Determined to not allow his boys, Zach and Jeremy to buy it, a lot of bad feelings arose. Daughter-in-law Audrey Roloff called it the “death of a dream,” and she and Jeremy bought another farm. Meanwhile, twin brother Zach moved to Washington

Matt Roloff renovated his old home and put it up on Airbnb where it’s still listed as a rental for $572. However, that might soon change according to reports that he sells it to a friend once he settles the negotiations. Little People, Big World fans think it will be a pity when it leaves the family. However, he isn’t getting any younger and apparently will marry Carryn once they fully move into his new home.

LPBW Caryn Chandler Also Lists Her Home

How many homes do people need? Between them, Caryn and her fiance have multiple properties. As the Little People, Big World stars look forward to marrying and possibly retiring, it makes sense to offload some of them. Caryn already listed her smaller home in Portland, Oregon. While the Airbnb idea seemed to work, The Sun reports that “[Matt’s] ‘desperate’ to unload the property after months on the market.”

Matt Roloff isn’t exactly broke, so how “desperate” the situation is, seems questionable. Anyway, a source told the outlet about it:

He’s 110% still selling it and has been having private conversations with a friend about them purchasing it. They previously rented the big house out on Airbnb and it went well, but Matt and Caryn are keen to just get it gone and downsize a bit.

Reportedly, the TLC star now negotiates with a “friend” to sell the home for less than his original asking price of “$4 million in 2022.”
